Climate Change Competition
Year 12 Biologists were each given different research projects on the impact of climate change on us and our ecosystems.

On 11th July, 31 Trinity students received the sacrament of Confirmation at St Teresa’s Church, Aspley.
D of E Gold Assessment
In July, ten Trinity pupils took part in their Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Assessment in the Lake District.
Year 9 pupils watched a display on the causes and cures of illness by a visiting Medieval Physician in July.
One Night In Miami
On 12th June, Years 10 and 12 went to the theatre to see One Night In Miami, a play by American-born Kemp Powers.
Trinity School was pleased to welcome pupils from Our Lady of Perpetual Succour primary school for a day of Saxon History.
Letters From The Front
On June 19th, Year 10 Drama pupils attended a workshop by Director Gloria Lowe on her play Letters from the Front.
Y7 Boys Football Double
Congratulations to the Year 7 Boys football team who completed a league and cup double this season.
Trinity's Trider Cup competition took place on July 4th, with staff from Lower School taking on staff from Upper School.
Trinity Wargaming Trip
The Trinity Wargaming Club marked the end of the School League season with a trip to Warhammer World, Lenton.
Trinity teams were successful at the Years 7 and 8 City Tennis Competition on the 16th of June.
Y8 Retreat Day
On Tuesday 25th June, Year 8 students spent the day off-timetable to take part in their retreat day.
Rugby League Success
Trinity's Years 7 and 8 Rugby League team were crowned City Champions in June.

For this year's Charity Week Year 8 went all out, raising money for a local charity, Emanuel House.
Born for This
During the season of Lent, a group of twenty pupils helped perform a presentation of the Stations of the Cross.
On April 4th, Y10 Drama students went to Nottingham Playhouse to see a new production of the play Skellig.
Film Music Concert
On 16th March, a group of Sixth Form Music students went to a film and computer game concert at the Royal Concert Hall.
The Trinity Association held its Darts Evening event on Friday 29 March in the Kingsbury Hall.
Russian Music Gala
On 8th March, one of our Sixth Form students performed Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Nottingham Youth Orchestra.
Ron Seal's Adventures
The Year 7 mascot, Ron Seal, has been going to lessons and having some great extra-curricular adventures.
The Spring Concert was held on 19th March in the Sports Hall and included many of our ensembles, large and small.

Egg-citing Physics Challenge
On Friday 8th March, four Trinity Year 10 teams took part in a physics challenge at Nottingham High School.
On Ash Wednesday we prayed together, received the ashes and, following Church teachings, didn't eat meat.

The European String Teacher Association awarded a Trinity Year 8 pupil a music bursary in London on March 6th.
Literature Ambassador Induction
On Wednesday 6th March, Trinity's three UNESCO City of Literature Ambassadors attended an induction morning.
