On Monday 10th May we had a very special visit by Sheku and Braimah Kanneh-Mason who returned to school to film with LeftLion for an upcoming project with Nottingham Castle.
The former Trinity students are involved in a film being created by Nottingham Castle, in partnership with LeftLion, that is to be screened at the castle upon its re-opening in June.
Sheku and Braimah walked around their old school reminiscing about their time at Trinity and sharing some fond memories of their time here, whilst stopping for a few chats with their old teachers. They also took part in a Q&A with a small number of students, who were left feeling inspired by the famous ex Trinity pupil’s stories and advice.
It is always wonderful when past students return to tell us about life post-Trinity and how Trinity played a part in helping them achieve their goals.
Thank you to Sheku and Braimah, the film crew from LeftLion, and Nottingham Castle for making the visit thoroughly enjoyable and safe – especially during these unprecedented times that we are in.
