On Friday 1st of October, we celebrated our annual CAFOD fast day. This was celebrated by a lunchtime liturgy led by our Year 8 and 9 chaplaincy team on the theme of going green. The aim of the fast day is to donate any money that would be usually spent on lunch and instead have a simple meal of bread and butter which was given out at the end of our liturgy. It was a great way to come together and raise money for a worthy cause and as always our chaplaincy team were fantastic and were amazing role models to the rest of the school.
