Fieldwork is a compulsory part of the course and is an essential preparation for students towards their geography exams. The fieldwork on the trip included a coast day observing and measuring coastal features and processes at Criccieth and Black Rock Sands, an urban day surveying land use, environmental quality and carrying out questionnaires and a rivers day measuring the course of the River Glaslyn, starting from the slopes of Snowdon!

The weather wasn't always kind but lots of techniques were honed and masses of data were collected!
