Operation Christmas Child
This year for the Upper school charity effort we chose to support the Operation Christmas Child shoebox appeal.
For two weeks at the beginning of November, forms in Years 10 and 11 worked to fill shoeboxes with Christmas gifts for disadvantaged children around the world. The boxes contained toiletries, stationery supplies, sweets, toys and items such as socks and gloves.
We managed to fill a whopping 70 boxes which were dropped off at the Operation Christmas Child warehouse on Thursday 18th November.
We have been informed that the boxes from Trinity School are being sent to Swaziland, South Africa.
