GCSE 2011
Students completed two units for their GCSE coursework, one of which was based on the theme of 'Inside' and the other on Natural forms.
As part of these themes, students responded to a range of artists and designers, completed a variety of observational drawings and then experimented with their ideas. Students then produced two outcomes based on their experimentation to make a mixed media 2D piece of work and a ceramic sculpture. The examination unit was based on the theme of 'Similarities and/or Differences'.
